Are you ready to free the world? 📈The Opportunity: At Zen, we’ve created a growth experimentation process that was inspired by some of the fastest-growing startups ever, including Airbnb, Shopify, and more. The process consists of creating experiments with a hypothesis that will help us achieve our goals across our funnel, including customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Pulling from our list of created experiments, we nominate and prioritize experiments based on their potential to help us reach our goals, the impact that they will have on our customers, and their ease of implementation. After prioritizing experiments, we move into execution mode to get the experiments pushed. As Zen’s first growth engineer, you will share equal responsibility as our CEO and CTO for creating, nominating, prioritizing, and executing experiments alongside our design and marketing teams, with the goal of leading Zen to accomplish company goals...
