Job Description:

• Own Reflex's go-to-market (GTM) motion end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
• Define and execute GTM strategy including segmentation, positioning, channel mix, and pipeline architecture.
• Build top-of-funnel engine converting open-source adoption, product usage signals, and community engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Establish systems and processes to support GTM motion (CRM, enrichment, outbound, lead scoring, routing), deciding what to build vs buy.
• Partner directly with founders to translate product and community momentum into revenue.
• Hire and build out the GTM team as the motion matures.
• Own metrics by defining what to measure, building reporting, and driving weekly/quarterly forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Experience building a GTM motion at a startup from seed or early Series A through at least Series C.
• Personal ownership of top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline creation.
• Comfortable operating across strategy and execution.
• Experience selling to or building GTM for developer-facing or open-source products is a strong plus.
• Technical fluency with data, product signals, and working directly with engineers (coding not required).
• Bonus: experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, community-led growth, or open-source go-to-market.
