Job Description:

Own Reflex's go-to-market (GTM) motion end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
Define and execute GTM strategy including segmentation, positioning, channel mix, and pipeline architecture.
Build top-of-funnel engine converting open-source adoption, product usage signals, and community engagement into qualified pipeline.
Establish systems and processes to support GTM motion (CRM, enrichment, outbound, lead scoring, routing), deciding what to build vs buy.
Partner directly with founders to translate product and community momentum into revenue.
Hire and build out the GTM team as the motion matures.
Own metrics by defining what to measure, building reporting, and driving weekly/quarterly forecasting.

Qualifications:

Experience building a GTM motion at a startup from seed or early Series A through at least Series C.
Personal ownership of top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline creation.
Comfortable operating across strategy and execution.
Experience selling to or building GTM for developer-facing or open-source products is a strong plus.
Technical fluency with data, product signals, and working directly with engineers (coding not required).
Bonus: experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, community-led growth, or open-source go-to-market.
