Profile Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help identify, test, and scale opportunities that drive pipeline growth and marketing efficiency across our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to support and evolve our go-to-market programs by bringing structure, insight, and experimentation to how we reach, engage, and convert our target audiences across the funnel. Rather than owning demand targets outright, this role focuses on optimising growth levers, improving funnel performance, and translating data into clear recommendations that inform demand and investment decisions. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Support the development of a clear demand and growth framework aligned to GTM priorities.
- Help define funnel metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
- Bring clarity and focus to growth initiatives across priority channels.
- Introduce structured testing and performance analysis across campaigns.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to support and evolve growth initiatives across the funnel.
- Analyse funnel and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
- Translate growth priorities and insights into clear briefs and recommendations for campaign execution and optimisation.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to test ICPs, messaging, and content approaches through campaigns.
- Experiment with targeting, channels, and campaign mechanics, sharing data-driven recommendations to inform optimisation and investment decisions.
What You bring to the table
- 2-3 years of experience running demand generation or growth programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong, numbers-driven mindset with ownership of pipeline or revenue metrics.
- Proven experience structuring demand programs and improving performance over time.
- Hands-on experience with paid channels such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ability to clearly explain past results, trade-offs, and optimisation decisions.
