The Role
The way growth marketing content gets made is fundamentally changing, and this role puts you at the center of that shift. Cash App is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, AI Creative & Content Systems to own and scale the AI-powered creative and content engine behind one of the most recognized brands in fintech. You'll design the systems that turn campaign strategy into production-ready paid creative, landing pages, and editorial content faster, smarter, and at a scale that wasn't possible a year ago. This isn't about adding AI to an existing process. It's about reimagining the process entirely: how creative gets briefed, built, tested, and optimized, with agentic AI at the center. But systems are only as good as the output. You'll need a sharp eye for what makes creative work; the ability to look at an AI-generated ad or article and know instantly whether it's on-brand, compelling, and ready to ship. You'll be both the architect of the production engine and the editor-in-chief of what it produces, ensuring every asset meets Cash App's high bar for creative excellence. Reporting to the Creative & Content Strategy Lead, you'll work at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, and AI systems, collaborating closely with creative strategists, growth marketers, designers, product managers,and engineering. - Design,built,and maintain agentic AI workflows that generate paid creative assets web landing pages,and editorial content at scale
- Own end-to-end creative content production pipeline from brief development through AI-assisted generation quality review deployment ensuring reliable repeatable system that ships on schedule
- Serve as creative editorial quality filter for all AI-generated output ensuring every asset is on-brand strategically sound meets Cash App's standards for visual written excellence
- Collaborate with creative strategists growth marketers translate campaign briefs performance insights into AI-generated creative variations content resonate audiences
- Design execute structured creative testing frameworks continuously improve paid creative performance inform AI-generated iterations
- Analyze paid creative organic content performance connecting asset-level data full-funnel metrics refine AI-generated outputs demonstrate efficiency gains
- Develop execute content strategies increase organic visibility traffic through SEO AI-enhanced search optimization (AEO)
- Establish quality standards review processes governance frameworks ensure AI-generated content meets brand legal compliance performance requirements regulated financial services environment
You Have:
- 2+ years experience growth marketing strong foundation paid creative strategy content strategy performance marketing
- Sharp creative editorial eye evaluate visual design ad copy long-form content confidence identifying what works what doesn't why know great creative see articulate what makes great
- Strong writing visual sensibility capable producing high-quality written content evaluating visual creative even using AI assist understand composition messaging hierarchy brand voice
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building deploying AI-powered workflows for creative or content production not just using AI tools but architecting agentic multi-step systems around them
- Strong understanding paid media creative best practices across major platforms ability translate performance data actionable creative direction
- Experience designing running structuredcreative testing programs data-driven approach measuring optimizing adcreativecontentperformance
- Experience developingcontentstrategies driveorganicvisibility includingunderstanding SEO fundamentals emergingAI-enhancedsearchoptimization(AEO)
- Proven ability collaborate cross-functionallywithcreative design product engineeringteams shipworkonaconsistentcadence
