Role Overview:

  • Blend performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, experimentation, and operational rigor.
  • Scale pipeline through paid search, paid social, and SEO balancing efficiency, attribution, and long-term growth.
  • Manage ad platforms and agency relationships.
  • Understand growth marketing's role in revenue engine from campaign strategy to lifecycle impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and scale paid acquisition programs:
  • Lead paid search and social strategy on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, emerging channels.
  • Partner with external paid media agencies for strategy, performance evaluation, experimentation.
  • Manage six-figure monthly media investments focusing on forecasting, efficiency, scalability.
  • Build scalable evergreen campaigns; test audiences, messaging, creative.
  1. Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives:
  • Partner with SEO agency and content teams to execute organic growth strategy.
  • Shape SEO priorities: technical optimization, content strategy, search intent, conversion opportunities.
  • Evaluate SEO performance; identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use search insights and competitive research for campaign/content strategies.
  1. Lead integrated growth campaigns:
  • Support integrated campaign launches across paid, organic, content, events, outbound motions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams on messaging and targeting alignment.
  • Support amplification strategies for product launches, webinars, customer stories, reports, events.
  • Work with Creative teams/agencies on ad creative and landing pages.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing/demand generation/performance marketing.
  • Expertise managing paid search/social campaigns at scale with six-figure budgets.
  • Strong SEO strategy knowledge including organic growth and search intent optimization.
  • Experience managing external agencies for paid media/SEO programs.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on channel knowledge and analysis.
  • Experience building evergreen acquisition programs and integrated campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset using data for optimization/investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution, lead scoring/routing concepts.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, RevOps).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools/automation in growth or paid media programs.
