Growth Product Manager
Job description
Location: Bengaluru (work from office) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to identify growth opportunities, optimize user experiences, and build features that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own strategic north star metrics to drive growth across current product lines.
- Lead external growth initiatives across channels to improve lead generation, consideration, and conversion by streamlining processes and reducing friction.
- Design and execute product-led initiatives 6such as lite versions, demo environments, self-serve trials, and low-barrier experiences 6that creatively generate and nurture leads, reduce merchant anxiety, and accelerate product trials.
- Own and grow the Partner Training Portal as a channel for educating partners, creating new leads, and driving adoption of BIK9s offerings.
- Work with the Customer Success team to generate actionable insights that drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identify high-leverage product opportunities through data analysis, user feedback, and experimentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to execute growth experiments and roll out impactful product changes.
- Support GTM teams on campaign strategy, channel adoption, and user education to ensure new features and initiatives reach their audience effectively.
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and regularly report on performance, learnings, and improvement areas.
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 years focused on growth
- Proven track record of driving user adoption, engagement, and revenue metrics
- Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in e-commerce, customer support, or marketing technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
- Experience with AI-powered products and driving AI feature adoption
- Knowledge of customer support platforms, helpdesk solutions, or omnichannel marketing tools
- Familiarity with product analytics tools

Interview process We follow a fast-paced and friendly interview process, just like the way we work. There are typically four rounds in total.
- The first round will be the assignment round
- The second round focuses on understanding your approach to solving problems viz your assignment solution, and how you work as a PM
The third round will be more about overall fitment and technical expertise.
- The fourth round will be a virtually proctored Aptitude Test

- In some interviews you would be required to write your thoughts on google docs. Have a notebook /pen also handy in case you need to jot down your thoughts.
