- Hubstaff serves over 140,000 global users with workforce analytics, time tracking, and workforce management software.
- Fully remote company for over a decade.
- Investing heavily in AI, automation, and signal-driven go-to-market (GTM) systems.
- This is the first GTM Automation Engineer role at Hubstaff to build the function from scratch.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success leaders.
- Focus on automation, AI workflows, and GTM systems for outbound growth, account-based marketing, and revenue generation.
What You'll Do
Build and Scale Signal-Based GTM Systems
- Design workflows transforming product usage, intent, hiring, firmographic, and behavioral signals into automated sales and marketing actions.
- Build repeatable systems to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts timely.
- Create scalable triggers for better targeting, personalization, and pipeline generation.
Own Outbound and Account-Based Infrastructure
- Build account identification, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, orchestration systems.
- Improve outbound efficiency via automation, data enrichment, intelligent targeting.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to create scalable outbound motions.
Design AI-Powered Automation Workflows
- Build AI-assisted workflows for account research, prioritization, enrichment, routing, personalization.
- Use tools like Claude Code, AI Studio, ChatGPT, emerging agent frameworks to boost GTM efficiency.
- Evaluate/implement new technologies enhancing automation and revenue generation.
Drive GTM Experimentation
- Test new ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), messaging strategies, engagement channels.
- Launch experiments; measure outcomes; iterate based on performance.
- Help shape long-term AI-powered go-to-market execution strategy.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in GTM Engineering or related technical GTM roles (Growth Operations,
Revenue Operations etc.).
- Experience building/deploying automation workflows with measurable business impact.
- Strong HubSpot experience (workflows,
integrations, custom objects).
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and agent-based systems.
- Experience in outbound sales motions including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), demand generation.
- Ability to connect APIs/systems/data sources using low-code/no-code/light-code solutions.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset; ability to collaborate across teams (Marketing/Sales/Success/Product/Data).
- Excellent communication skills for technical/business stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Clay,
Common Room, Apollo, 6sense, Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft or similar platforms.
- Experience with agentic workflow tools like Claude Code,
n8n, AI Studio or similar frameworks.
- Basic scripting skills in Python/JavaScript/SQL/APIs.
- Experience in PLG SaaS or hybrid PLG + sales-assisted SaaS environments.
- Experience building GTM systems from scratch in startup or growth-stage companies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,
000–$140, 000 USD annually (based on experience/location/alignment).
- Fully remote work environment flexibility.
