About the Role
- Position: GTM Engineer
- Responsible for owning and scaling systems that power Glimpse's outbound engine.
- Build automation infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows to enable faster team movement, continuous experimentation, and efficient pipeline conversion.
- Role intersects revenue operations, growth engineering, and pipeline generation.
- Own technical execution of GTM motion including programmatic outbound, revenue system optimization, and experiment execution.
- Design and harden a repeatable outbound engine.
What You'll Do
- Own Revenue Operations & GTM Systems: manage GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay), build/maintain data pipelines for real-time reporting and multi-attribution,
design lead workflows for better conversion rates, ensure data quality across systems.
- Build Programmatic Outbound Infrastructure: design AI-powered outbound sequences personalized at scale;
manage email deliverability infrastructure; build automated research/trigger workflows; test and optimize outbound platforms.
- Drive Growth Through Experimentation: ship high-velocity experiments (website widgets,
landing pages, email sequences); build internal tools for marketing/sales tests; instrument conversion funnels with tracking/analytics; identify bottlenecks and automate solutions.
- Scale Through AI & Automation: build LLM-powered workflows for prospect research/personalization/content generation/lead qualification;
automate manual processes across marketing/sales/operations; create scalable systems that compound over time.
Who You Are
- Required: 2+ years in GTM/RevOps/Growth engineering at B2B SaaS companies;
experience with HubSpot and Apollo or similar platforms; strong technical skills (APIs, webhooks, scripting in Python/JavaScript, SQL); rapid prototyping/coding ability; track record of shipping growth initiatives; high agency and bias toward action.
- Bonus: experience with automated outbound systems/email deliverability best practices;
familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo or other growth tools; background in CPG/Retail/vertical SaaS.
