About the role

Location - India (Remote) WarpBuild provides compute infrastructure and tools for enabling AI-powered teams to work efficiently. We are a small team working on multiple products: WarpBuild CI (blazing fast github actions runners), and Helios (always-on AI automation). You’ll play a role in everything we do. The key indicator of success for this role is customer growth. The ideal candidate is technical, has taste, is an exceptional communicator, gets hands dirty to create content and has a strong affinity for automation.

Some areas where you will contribute

• Automate every aspect of your day-to-day and for the company. Your job is to automate and manage agents to do the work for you.
• Engaging with users across various channels and creating user-focused content.
• Creating videos, technical blogs, feature walkthroughs and more.
• Own the website, docs, blog and other user facing surfaces.

About the interview

The process is super quick and consists of 3 rounds. You'll be using your own computer, and using the language/environment with which you are most comfortable. You are encouraged to use AI tools and IDEs for the exercises. You'll be doing a screen share with video during the call. We are again looking for ownership, communication, and autonomy. This is evaluated throughout the process -- in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.

Building an app (90 min): This simulates a real-world day-to-day experience where you will take a problem statement and build out a tool/app/automation for solving it. This tests for user focus and taste.

2. Content creation (60 min): Create a piece of technical content like blogs, case studies, social media posts, youtube videos, explainers, etc. 3. Marketing and growth (60min): Deep dive into best practices and tools that you’ll employ to acquire customers. Show me that you get shit done, however you like. Each round is a knockout. An offer is rolled out over a final 15 minute conversation.
