Role Overview
The Growth Engineering team builds technology that accelerates business growth across product, sales, and marketing through experimentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound decision-making, and creativity.
What you’ll do:
- Drive expansion and revenue growth by building systems that identify ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), decision-makers, and expansion opportunities within our user base
- Automate GTM (Go-To-Market) workflows across the buyer journey from account enrichment to personalised AI-powered outreach
- Work across the stack to build data pipelines, enrichment engines, and outbound workflows that scale our land-and-expand strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align experiments and systems with real GTM goals
- Run data-driven experiments across user segments to uncover high-leverage opportunities and iterate quickly on what works
- Build and maintain a reliable, scalable tech foundation for GTM automation, leveraging internal and 3rd-party APIs
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience in a software or data engineering role, ideally in growth, RevOps (Revenue Operations), or GTM teams
- Proficiency in Node.js, SQL & NoSQL, and working with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines
