Overview of the GTM Engineer (Ops) role at Kingdom:

The GTM Engineer (Ops) is an AI-native builder role focused on designing, building, and maintaining automated, human-in-the-loop systems to enhance the sales capacity of the GTM team across lead and deal workflows, measurement, and data infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY, with occasional travel. Founded in 2019 with $40M+ venture funding; products have strong market reception and technical edge in ingredient discovery and clinical trials. Success in this role is measured by revenue generated through the systems built.

Key responsibilities include:

Expanding top-of-funnel via automation of outbound systems (target list building, enrichment, personalized campaigns), AI-powered inbound lead qualification and segmentation, and market intelligence tracking.
Moving deals to revenue by automating meeting cycles, inbound email drafts, deal flagging, and AI workflows for research and presentations.
Building and maintaining data/measurement foundations as CRM administrator (Attio), integrating GTM stack data sources for unified customer/pipeline/revenue insights, managing measurement layers for campaign performance and brand metrics.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years experience in GTM Engineering or related fields at AI-native B2B SaaS or marketplace startups preferred.
Skills include high agency/builder mentality, systems thinking with API/webhook integrations, analytical rigor, AI-native tool fluency (e.g., Claude Code), project management discipline, and clear communication.

Cash salary range $110K-$125K plus equity stock options.
