What you will be doing
- Connecting with K-8 students as a mentor, building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset
- Using AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education paths—students progress at their own pace, you guide discovery
- Designing and lead life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that prepare students for lifelong success
- Fostering a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth—help students identify their strengths and interests
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
- 3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX.
- Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
