The role available is Head of Financial Communications, responsible for designing and executing the company’s financial communications strategy as it prepares for an IPO and transitions to public company operations.
This role coordinates all financial messaging, disclosure, and internal communications activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership with the CFO, cross-functional coordination with Legal, Corporate Communications, HR, global communications teams; execution of financial communications materials; supporting investor and Board engagements; managing compliance with disclosure policies and regulatory requirements; creating systems for financial communications post-IPO.
The position requires 12+ years in financial communications or related fields, experience with IPO or major financial events preferred, strong writing/editing skills, understanding of SEC/global regulations, and a relevant degree.
