9re scaling quickly and physical operations are now the heartbeat of our business. We
9re looking for a Head of Operations to own and scale our warehouse, fulfillment, and global logistics infrastructure. This is a hands-on, build-from-zero-to-one role for someone who has scaled operations at a startup and is excited to build the backbone of a modern merchandising company. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including managing our onsite team of 3-5 people in San Leandro, CA; ensure warehouse organization, inventory accuracy and on-time shipment performance
• Improve SOPs, inventory systems, and fulfillment workflows; implement operational KPIs and reporting dashboards to increase efficiency
• Plan and execute expansion into additional warehouse and/or fulfillment space; hire and build out fulfillment and operations teams as needed
• Optimize and manage relationships with existing carriers; negotiate terms yearly to ensure we
  9re receiving the best rates
• Build or improve overseas freight forwarding strategy; optimize international shipping, landed costs and customs processes
• Explore and evaluate overseas distribution partnerships to reduce fulfillment timelines and international shipping expenses
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Merchandising and Project Coordinators
• Forecast operational needs based on revenue growth
• Improve margin through operational efficiencies

You would be a good fit for this role if you have:

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics or fulfillment
• Experience scaling physical operations at a startup
• Comfortable in warehouses
• Data-driven and systems-oriented
• Willing to go onsite or travel to ensure inventory and daily operations are running smoothly at warehouse locations
• High ownership mindset - you don
  9t wait to be told what to fix
• Scrappy, resourceful and solutions-focused

Bonus:

• Experience in promotional products, e-commerce, CPG or physical goods
• Experience working with overseas factories or freight forwarders
• Built out a warehouse from scratch
