Job Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Operations / Director of Operations to own and scale LunaJoy’s operational engine end-to-end. This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling systems across clinical operations, care delivery, and revenue workflows. You will partner cross-functionally with clinical leadership, growth, product, and finance to ensure operational excellence, strong unit economics, and scalable infrastructure as we expand. As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly supporting the mental health journey of one million women through purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, as well as the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operations across clinical delivery, care coordination, and revenue workflows (patient intake → care delivery → billing/reimbursement)
