ScraperAPI is an enterprise-scale web scraping solution, trusted by businesses across a wide range of industries to extract crucial data at scale. Following the merger with another established SaaS business in the scraping space, we now serve a broad spectrum of customers, from early-stage startups to some of the most demanding data-driven companies in the world. We have strong market positioning, proven products, and a clear opportunity to consolidate and lead in a rapidly growing category. Our next phase is all about integration, focus, and execution. We’re bringing together teams, systems, products, and go-to-market motions into a single, highly effective operating model. With a fully remote team of 50 people across the globe, operational clarity, data discipline, and alignment are critical to turning our market position into a long-term competitive advantage. We’re looking for a Head of Operations & Revenue to help build this into a scalable, well-run, data-driven company, and to play a central role in shaping the future of the scraping industry.
Profile Overview
The Head of Operations & Revenue is responsible for how the company runs day to day, with a strong emphasis on using data to drive decisions. You will design, improve, and own the systems, processes, and operating cadence that allow a remote SaaS business to scale efficiently and predictably. While revenue performance is a key outcome, operations and data are the core focus: turning strategy into execution, aligning teams around measurable goals, and ensuring leadership decisions are backed by reliable, well-understood data. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team and act as the connective tissue between teams. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Building a clear, shared understanding of company-wide metrics and performance across ScraperAPI and the recently merged business.
- Leading the integration of operational and data foundations across both companies, improving data quality and reporting.
- Owning and rolling out a structured operating cadence (e.g. OKRs) to align teams around clear priorities and execution.
- Driving key cross-functional initiatives such as pricing alignment and operational process improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Own and improve the company’s operating model, including planning, execution, and follow-through across teams.
- Establish, own, and maintain company-wide KPIs (preferably OKRs), dashboards, and reporting in close collaboration with data, finance, and engineering.
