Job description
SnapMagic is the default discovery layer for electronic components, reaching 3M engineers annually. We've built a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components and are now scaling our AI-powered demand engine for the $1.3T global electronics industry. Since our seed round, we've doubled revenue with a team of ~25. No dedicated sales leader. No outbound motion. Just product-market fit doing the heavy lifting. Imagine what happens when someone builds the engine. That’s exactly what we’re looking for.
What you’ll do
Phase 1: Sell personally, define the motion
- Run discovery, pricing, negotiation, and close strategic deals yourself
- Build the playbook: ICP, packaging, contracts, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
- Design, test, and iterate on outbound and inbound motions until the pipeline is repeatable
- Maintain a tight operating rhythm with the CEO. Surface progress and risks early.
Phase 2: Recruit and lead the team
- Hire and develop top reps
- Set the operating cadence for predictable, scalable revenue
Who you are
- You've personally built the sales motion at a VC-backed company and scaled from 7-figure to 8-figure revenue
- You're a builder who's energized by doing the work, not delegating it
- You experiment constantly: messaging, pricing, objection handling. You change your approach based on what works.
- Operational discipline is second nature. If it isn't in HubSpot, it didn't happen.
- You move fast, close loops quickly, and take feedback as fuel
What we offer
- $350K-$400K total comp + meaningful equity
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity
- Medical, dental, and vision health insurance
- 401(k) - non-matching
- Commuter benefits
- Catered lunches on in-office days
- A sharp, low-ego, fast-moving team
How we work
- In office Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Remote on Tuesday and Thursday
SnapMagic is an AI copilot for electronics design built on a massive database of CAD models originally known as SnapEDA. It integrates with existing design tools and uses AI to automate circuit board design tasks, optimize bills of materials (BOM), suggest component replacements based on real-time supply chain data, and streamline the design process using natural language interaction.
