Profile Overview

Crosstalent is a French HRIS (Human Resources Information System) SaaS company, part ofthe saas.group portfolio. The company provides a modular HR platform built on Salesforcetechnology, serving mid-market and enterprise clients primarily in France. We99re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead all commercial activities across one of our brands. In this role, you will take full ownership of our growth engine from top-of-funnel acquisition to conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. You99ll build, scale, and optimize both our Marketing and Sales functions, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders. Your mission is to sharpen our positioning, accelerate pipeline generation, strengthen our sales motion, and ensure our brand continues growing sustainably and profitably. This is a unique opportunity to step into a profitable, product-led SaaS company with strong foundations and significant growth potential, and shape its next stage of scale.

Your immediate impact in the first 3 6 months will be:

  • Build a refreshed go-to-market strategy covering positioning, ICP definition, messaging, funnel KPIs, and prioritised growth initiatives.
  • Define and roll out a modern Sales process across the entire funnel: lead qualification, demo process, objection handling,... pipeline forecasting,... closing motions.
  • Conduct a full Marketing performance audit and implement improvements across acquisition channels (paid,... SEO,... content,... email,... partnerships).
  • Identify the highest-impact growth levers and execute 2-3 key initiatives that drive measurable revenue uplift within the first 180 days.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the full Sales & Marketing strategy and execution across acquisition,... activation,... closing,... retention,... expansion.
  • Drive sustainable pipeline generation through multi-channel marketing (content,... SEO,... paid,... email,... sales-assisted growth,... partnerships).
  • Implement a transparent,... metrics-driven sales motion including forecasting,... qualification,... demo excellence,... deal review,... performance management.
  • Analyze funnel data,... identify bottlenecks,... continuously optimize conversion across each stage.
  • Own pricing & packaging experiments,... including evaluating new plans,... discounting frameworks,... expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with saas.group99s central Marketing Team to exchange best practices,... benchmark performance,... leverage shared expertise.

What You bring to the table

  • 7 610+ years of commercial experience across B2B SaaS,... including meaningful exposure to both Sales...and Marketing.
  • Proven track record scaling revenue engines in SMB or mid-market SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR,... CAC,... LTV,... NDR/GDR,... pipeline conversion,... churn,... payback periods.
  • Strong command of modern Marketing channels (SEO... paid... content... lifecycle... partnerships) and Sales motions (discovery... demos... negotiation... closing).
  • Analytical... data-driven approach to diagnosing funnel performance... identifying opportunities.
  • Experience building... leading small but highly effective commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication... storytelling... leadership skills; able to inspire teams... persuade stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English AND French
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with high autonomy... ownership.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce... environment will be a plus
