About the Role:
- Lead and grow Southern Europe business (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece & Israel).
- Player-coach role: build high-performing team, close strategic deals.
- Own Southern Europe Enterprise revenue end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Deliver buying experience for engineering leaders and VP-level decision-makers.
What You Will Do:
- Own Southern Europe enterprise revenue number: pipeline generation, forecasting and attainment.
- Lead and grow team of Enterprise AEs focused on complex deals with large Southern European organizations (CAC 40, IT40, IBEX 35).
- Participate hands-on in key customer/prospect meetings.
- Build C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority accounts.
- Develop territory go-to-market strategy with Marketing, SDR leadership and Solutions Engineering.
- Forecast and report on team activity and revenue to EMEA sales leadership.
- Recruit top enterprise sales talent; build culture of accountability and customer knowledge.
- Represent Vercel at industry events and executive roundtables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove deal blockers and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
- Identify new enterprise verticals/account segments with strong product-market fit.
About You (Skills/Requirements):
Experience & Background
- 5+ years sales leadership in SaaS/technical software environment.
- Hands-on leader comfortable coaching live deals.
- Deep familiarity with Southern Europe enterprise landscape.
- Ability to build credibility with technical/executive buyers quickly.
- Strong understanding of complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles including procurement/legal/security navigation.
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and improving team performance.
- Experience selling to engineering/DevOps/IT leadership; understanding developer evaluation/buying process.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Familiarity with developer tooling/frontend infrastructure/cloud platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Vercel/Next.js/modern web development ecosystem is a plus.
Location & Travel
- Based in London/Paris/Milan/Madrid with desire to travel regularly.
