- Architect and scale foundational systems for global talent footprint.
- Initial priorities: Recruiting Technology Ecosystem and Augmented Workforce Program.
- Continuously design and optimize HR processes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & FY27 Priorities:
Pioneer the Augmented Workforce Program:
- Design and launch a global augmented workforce program (EOR, contractors, interns).
- Automate compliance and operations with AI-powered tools from requisition to offboarding.
- Create automated onboarding/offboarding lifecycle tailored to augmented talent.
Optimize Recruiting Tech & Process Excellence:
- Audit and reconfigure ATS (Greenhouse) for frictionless global workflows.
- Audit broader tech stack (scheduling, assessments, background checks) to maximize interoperability.
- Centralize talent data into machine-learning-driven dashboards for predictive analytics.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years progressive experience in Recruiting or HR Operations focused on employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HR tools like Workday and Greenhouse.
- Proven track record launching compliance-heavy programs including global EOR and contingent workforce management.
- Strong project management skills with data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integration platforms (Zapier, Workato, custom APIs).
- Passion for building no-code/low-code AI agents or using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis (SQL) and understanding of machine learning in HR infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $114,000 - $191,400 USD plus potential bonus, commission, equity, benefits.

Work Model & Location Restrictions:
- Hybrid work model with offices in Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto.
