OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager / Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the technical glue between Pre-Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, owning discovery, configuration, integration (EDI/API) and end-to-end onboarding so customers get fast time-to-value. You'll work with cutting-edge automation and our AI agents to configure rule engines and audit workflows that scale across customers and fee types.

Key Responsibilities
