Infrastructure Lead

San Francisco, CAFull-time Lead the design and operation of Aden's core cloud infrastructure — hypervisors, runtime kernels, and secure VDI environments purpose-built for autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the virtualization and compute layer powering agent workloads
• Own reliability, performance, and security across multi-tenant infrastructure
• Build tooling for automated provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with hardware and product teams to define the agent-native stack

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering
• Deep experience with hypervisors, containers, and cloud-native orchestration
• Strong background in Linux internals, networking, and distributed systems
• Experience operating production systems at scale
