Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
- Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs
- Build key customer service processes and systems; formulate management rules; track status of key customers
- Analyze user behavior to find hidden needs; write key customer analysis reports; communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background (banking, investments, etc.)
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNW), private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks
- Strong communication skills; flexibility in various situations; excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills; ability to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto; industry experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English preferred along with a native language
