About Binance VIP & Institutional Team: This team provides digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. They work with a wide range of market participants including individual traders, HFT and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, and more. The team serves sophisticated trading users globally with opportunities to build client portfolios alongside Binance.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems; formulate management rules; track status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behavior to find hidden needs; write key customer analysis reports; communicate with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in customer acquisition/origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team; experience working with regional sales teams; attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • 3-5 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication skills; flexibility in various situations; excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus.
