Requirements
Must-have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with prospects.
- Curiosity aboutfintech,sales, SaaS andglobal finance.
- High energy, persistence, and solidrejection-handlingability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly.
Good-to-have Skills:
- Clear and structured thought process.
- Basic Excel skills (filters, lookups, data organization).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such asHubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Prior internship or exposure tobusiness development,BDR roles, orsales.
Where you will create Impact:
- Identify and research potential customers for Karbon’sAI Accountant
- Conduct product demos for prospective and current customers.
- Manage and update CRM entries, track conversations, and support timely follow-ups.
- Prepare basicpitch decks, sales notes, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth lead-to-customer transitions.
