Profile Overview

We're looking for one exceptional IT person to own internal IT operations across our entire portfolio. No team to delegate to, no manager hovering over your queue. Just you, your judgment, and 380 colleagues spread across the globe who need things to work. The reality: most of your day will be resolving IT support tickets. You'll be the go-to for device issues, access problems, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between. What separates this role from a standard helpdesk job is the expectation that you'll continuously look for ways to make yourself more efficient, whether that's scripting a repetitive process away, setting up an automation in n8n, or deploying an AI-assisted response for common ticket types. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from a clean queue, takes pride in fast and clear resolutions, and gets personally annoyed by manual work that could obviously be automated, this role was written for you. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Take full ownership of IT support tickets and establish a reliable, fast resolution rhythm across the organisation.
  • Identify the highest-volume repetitive requests and automate at least 3 of them using AI or scripting.
  • Build or improve onboarding and offboarding workflows so new hires are set up smoothly without manual back-and-forth.
  • Become the trusted IT contact across 23 brands, the person people know will actually fix things.

Your responsibilities

  • Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members quickly, clearly, and empathetically.
  • Administer our core tools at an admin level: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trelica, and others.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective, including provisioning, access management, and offboarding.
  • Proactively identify processes that can be automated and implement those solutions yourself or in collaboration with the platform team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and software renewals as you get settled in.
  • Document what you build so the organisation isn't dependent on tribal knowledge.
  • Standardize and automate new joiner device provisioning and Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment to ensure immediate security compliance and accurate asset tracking, thereby eliminating the manual enrollment backlog.
