About the Company:
- DevriX is a RevOps consulting agency and a top 20 WordPress design and development company.
- Focuses on transforming revenue capture, prediction, and scaling for $30M-$500M companies.
- HQ located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Role Overview:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts ranging from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies.
- Oversee contracts, unpack business problems, propose data-driven initiatives, define priorities, get buy-in, and coordinate internal execution.
- Balance high-level strategy with attention to existing and upcoming digital opportunities for B2B accounts.
- Utilize tools and systems for GTM motions, paid media, SEO, AI augmentation, and ROI-driven initiatives.
Key Goals:
- Primary contact for 812 key accounts; manage client communication, relationship health, strategic alignment.
- Lead discovery sessions, roadmap planning, strategic workshops using economic insights and market research tools.
- Monitor KPIs, project progress, delivery hours; provide transparent reporting internally and to clients.
- Translate client objectives into project scopes, SOPs, structured deliverables.
- Ensure contract renewals; achieve profitability targets; support upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify risks or satisfaction gaps early; implement mitigation plans.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives (Directors, VPs, CMOs).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, project management, operations).
- Package insights into frameworks, dashboards, narrative decks for clarity and action.
- Contribute to scalable account management processes and playbooks.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years in account/project management consulting enterprise client services in agency or SaaS or product startup environment.
- Proven experience managing international accounts including strategic planning delivery oversight commercial expansion.
- Strong business acumen through practical know-how translating business obstacles into delivery plans.
