• Work closely with Riverside’s Product Team to learn about new features and create supporting content including writing and updating feature overview pages how-to articles as well as producing accompanying FAQs images graphics GIFs tables and charts.
• Design the Help Center and maintain its organization and layout.
• Work alongside Support Team and Customer Success Team to understand gaps in user knowledge and areas of product confusion to define needed content.
• Serve as knowledge expert internally especially to ‘Go to Market’ team answering product related questions on internal channels.
• Use tools like Figma Zendesk Canva Jira.

Requirements: What will make you stand out?

• Native English speaker - A must.
• 2 years experience in writing/enablement/Support role in SaaS company.
• Strong writing skills with ability to write for all audiences including highly technical users and new users.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly translate them into clear concise documentation.
• Inquisitive with drive to obtain information independently through research experimentation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of audio/video concepts podcasting industry - a plus.
