📣 Role Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to build and scale outbound programs that turn target accounts into booked meetings and qualified opportunities starting with email and expanding into channels like calls, LinkedIn, and targeted ads as results grow. As our Lead Generation Manager, you’ll own list strategy and enrichment, sequence design and testing, deliverability and sender reputation, and scalable personalization with AI—run on a tight weekly cadence with clear scale/kill rules and reporting on the metrics that matter. You’ll partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align ICP, targeting, messaging, and clean CRM handoff so replies convert reliably—ultimately growing pipeline, improving conversion efficiency, and accelerating revenue. ⚡ What You'll Do

  • Own and scale outbound (email-first) by building/enriching target lists, writing sequences, and sending at safe, deliverability-friendly volumes.
  • Run a weekly testing cadence with clear hypotheses, A/B variants, and documented scale/kill thresholds.
  • Protect deliverability by managing subdomains/warmup, setting up email authentication, keeping lists clean, and monitoring bounce/spam and domain reputation.
  • Personalize at scale using AI (and video where helpful) with modular copy and dynamic fields.
  • Turn replies into meetings by ensuring CRM capture, routing, and SLAs with Sales/RevOps, and closing the loop on lead quality.
  • Report pipeline metrics: positive reply rate, meetings per 100 prospects, qualified meeting rate, SQL rate, and attributed pipeline.
  • Document what works as playbooks, copy blocks, targeting rules, QA checklists, and simple dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing on ICP, targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Expand beyond email once baselines hold by layering calls, LinkedIn, targeted ads, or direct mail.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years owning cold outbound end-to-end.
  • Proven outbound to pipeline results, with metrics you can share.
  • Fluent with Apollo or Instantly/Lemlist (or similar) and a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Manage deliverability end to end — subdomains and warmup,email authentication,list hygiene,and monitoring bounce/spam ratesand sender reputation.
  • Run weekly A/B tests with clear hypothesesand scale/kill thresholds.
  • Personalize at scaleand write crisp cold emails that earn repliesand meetings.
  • Align with Sales/RevOps on ICP,targeting,and messaging,and ensure replies are capturedand routed in the CRMwith SLAs.
