What You Will Own

1. Experimentation velocity - Build workflows that reduce research time from days to hours, generate prototypes in minutes, automate approvals, and instrument tracking from the start. 2. End-to-End Workflows - Automate content engineering, sales intel, competitive tracking, account book intel to run always-on and at scale. 3. Decision Latency - Identify and eliminate friction in shipping campaigns and experiments by reducing handoffs. 4. Learning Loops - Diagnose constraints before building; identify bottlenecks; hypothesize and test methodically.

What Success Looks Like

Experiments ship in 2 days instead of a week.
Content, competitive intel, and sales messaging run on autopilot instead of manual work.
Increased success rate of experiments due to compounded learning.
Culture defaults to “where can AI help with this” instead of “do we have bandwidth.”

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3–6+ years building technical solutions for growth, marketing ops, ABM or product-led growth in B2B SaaS. Proven track record with AI workflows or automation creating step-function improvements. Comfortable working fast in ambiguous environments.
Technical foundation: Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL; comfortable with APIs and webhooks; strong prompt engineering skills; systems thinking; rapid prototyping; good judgment on when to build vs buy vs duct-tape.
How you think: Diagnose problems before building solutions; identify cognitive, coordination or technical bottlenecks; consider second-order effects; prefer shipping multiple working prototypes over perfect architecture; recognize real constraints vs legacy processes.
