Responsibilities

Need to have:
JD with at least 5 years of experience
Bias toward action and solving (not just spotting) problems
Ability to take ownership of your work and manage projects independently
Excellent communication and writing abilities
Comfort and skill in navigating complexity and ambiguity on a leanly staffed team
Willingness to quickly dive into new and “unfamiliar” legal issues
Ability to work under pressure autonomously meeting tight deadlines
Agility/flexibility to take on new tasks supporting business/legal team needs in fast-moving tech company
Willingness/ability to engage with/interpret data from unfamiliar sources
Nice to have:
Experience handling arbitrations/class actions
Experience with eDiscovery issues including large-scale custodial data collection/review/production
Clerkship experience
Government experience
Experience working cross-culturally with diverse global teams

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. This role will also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus (paid quarterly) and/or equity compensation.
