The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Applied Machine Learning team for Cash App within Block's Advanced Insights & Modeling (AIM) organization. This team combines cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and emerging agentic systems to build models that learn, reason, and act. We experiment with traditional ML, autonomous AI workflows, GraphRAG architectures, and multi-agent systems to push the boundaries of predictive intelligence and decision automation.
