About the Role
- Build client relationships with strategic target accounts.
- Close new business and expand Peregrine’s footprint.
- Prospect, qualify, manage, and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations of Peregrine’s platform.
- Oversee entire sales cycle collaborating with deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations teams.
- Act as trusted advisor understanding customer technology roadmaps.
- Contribute to GTM best practices and peer leadership in sales organization.
- Manage ongoing account management to drive business expansion.
- Territory includes largest and most complex County and Municipal Law Enforcement Agencies in the Midwestern US.

What We Look For
- 10+ years field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
- Strong preference for experience in data integration, analytics, business intelligence in law enforcement/public safety.
- Preferred relationships with Major City Chiefs Association (MCCA) and Major County Sheriff's of America (MCSA) in Southeast US.
- Proven success selling SaaS subscriptions into new complex accounts; quota overachievement; strong references.
- Skilled at negotiating/closing legal agreements; supporting onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with solution/value-based selling; managing complex sales processes.
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, contact management skills.
- Strong executive-level verbal/written communication and relationship management skills.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually plus sales commission, benefits, equity (if applicable), bonus (if applicable).
- Actual compensation influenced by skill set, experience level, work location.
