How You'll Make an Impact: As the Manager, HRBP you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region. In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units:

  • CS + Onboarding

You will also own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance. This includes Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries. You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy. You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives. This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills,and the ability to work independently across time zones. What You Bring to the Team: Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for:
  • CS + Onboarding
  • Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needsand align People strategies .
  • Lead organizational design ,workforce planning ,leadership coaching,talent programs,and change initiatives .
  • Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive ,high-performing teams .

Team Member Relationsand Culture

  • Manageand resolve complex team member relationswith confidentialityand strong judgment .
  • Support development conversations ,performance management ,corrective actions,and conflict resolution .
  • Partner on globaland regional engagementand culture initiatives .

Regional Employmentand Contractor Compliance Own compliance across Spainand EMEA including: Spain

  • Employment lawand regulatory requirements
  • Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
  • Equality Plans
  • Mandatory conciliation processes
  • Terminationand documentation compliance

EMEA

  • Multi-country employmentand contractor regulations
  • EOR (Employer of Record) compliancefor EMEA countries
  • Contractor policy alignment
  • Regional documentation requirements

Work closely with Legal ,Finance,and People Ops to ensure compliant processesacross the entire team memberand contractor lifecycle. People Operationsand HR Systems

  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding ,offboarding ,transfers,and lifecycle processes .
  • Maintain accurateand confidential team member data in Workday .
  • Support compensation cycles ,calibrations,and workforce reporting .
  • Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues .

Global HRBPCollaboration

  • Work with HRBPs across NORAM,LATAM ,EMEA,and APACto ensure global consistencyin practicesand programs .
  • Support global People initiatives,includ ing performance ,DEI ,compensation ,leadership development,and workforce planning .
  • Strengthen cross-regional People processesand communication .

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR,Business Administration ,or related field .
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP ,HR Manager ,or senior HR Generalist experience .
  • Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations . Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law,CBAs ,Equality Plans,and conciliation processes . Experience with EORand contractor compliance across EMEA . Proven ability to coachandinfluence leaders at all levels .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel ,Word ,PowerPoint ),with strong data manipulationand analysis skillsin Excel .
  • Excellent organizational skillsand meticulous attentionto detail .
  • Strong communication (writtenand verbal)and interpersonal skills ,with the abilityto work independentlyandas partof a team .
  • Abilityto handle sensitiveand confidential informationwith discretionanda high levelof integrity .
  • Excellent communicationand relationship-building skillsacross culturesandt ime zones .
  • Strong judgment ,ownership ,confidentiality,and problem-solving .
  • Experience workingin a fast-paced ,high-growth ,remote-first environment .
  • Workday experience is a strong plus .
