How You'll Make an Impact: As the Manager, HRBP you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada. In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units:

  • GTM + Strategy (Sales, Growth, Marketing)

You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy. You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives. This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills,and the ability to work independently across time zones. What You'll do: Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for:
  • GTM + Strategy
  • Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies.
  • Lead organizational design ,workforce planning ,leadership coaching,talent programs,and change initiatives.

Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive ,high-performing teams. Team Member Relations and Culture

  • Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
  • Support development conversations ,performance management ,corrective actions,and conflict resolution.
  • Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.

Regional Employments and Contractor Compliance

  • Own compliance across the US and Canada including:
  • Ensure compliance with U.S.federal,state,and local employment laws (e.g.,FLSA,FMLA ,ADA ,EEO,state leave laws,wage & hour requirements). Support Canada-specific compliance needs when applicable.
  • Assist with documentation for legal matters,invesitgations or claims.Help implement policy updatesand guide managers on compliance requirements

Work closely with Legal ,Finance,and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team memberand contractor lifecycle. People Operations & HR Systems

  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding ,offboarding ,transfers,and lifecycle processes .
  • Maintain accurateand confidential team member data in Workday .
  • Support compensation cycles ,calibrations,and workforce reporting .
  • Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues .

Global HRBP Collaboration

  • Work with HRBPs across NORAM,LATAM ,EMEA,and APAC to ensure global consistency in practicesand programs .
  • Support global People initiatives ,including performance ,DEI ,compensation ,leadership development,and workforce planning .
  • Strengthen cross-regional People processesand communication .

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR,Business Administration ,or related field .
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP ,HR Manager ,or senior HR Generalist experience .
  • Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus .
  • Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations . Strong knowledge of the USand Canadian laborand employment lawand compliance standards .
  • Proven ability to coachand influence leaders at all levels .
  • Excellent communicationand relationship-building skills across culturesand time zones .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel ,Word ,PowerPoint ),with strong data manipulationand analysis skills in Excel .
  • Excellent organizational skillsand meticulous attentionto detail .
  • Strong communication (writtenand verbal )and interpersonal skills ,with the abilityto work independentlyandas part ofa team .
  • Abilityto handle sensitiveanda confidential informationwith discretionanda high levelof integrity .
  • Strong judgment ,ownership ,confidentiality,and problem-solving .
  • Experience working ina fast-paced ,high-growth ,remote-first environment .
  • Workday experience isa strong plus .

Compensation: Depending on your skillsand experience,you can expect your annual compensationto be between $75K - $120K.
