Role Summary:
- Lead product organization reporting to VP of Product Delivery.
- Define product strategy and manage Product and Data teams.
- Bridge business goals with technical execution in a compliance-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate long-term product vision and roadmap with VP of Product Delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional Product Managers and Data Scientists team.
- Manage product lifecycle from discovery to launch aligned with secure data exchange mission.
- Establish KPIs to measure feature success; leverage machine learning and analytics for insights.
- Partner with Engineering for secure, high-velocity delivery of APIs and AI features.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ECPA, SOC2, CJIS regulations in product design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Legal; represent product externally.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years product experience; 2+ years people management experience (product managers/engineers).
- Strong technical knowledge of API design, secure data protocols, AI/ML in B2B SaaS.
- Proven analytical skills using data to drive strategy and improve outcomes.
- Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, GovTech, HealthTech) focused on privacy/security.
- Execution-oriented mindset managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced remote startup.
- Excellent communication translating technical concepts for executives/customers.
