The Marketing Manager will own AptDeco’s day-to-day marketing operations, with a strong focus on content strategy, social media, influencer partnerships, and growth experimentation. You’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns across multiple channels, managing creators, analyzing performance, and helping shape our brand voice across the customer journey. You are equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven marketer, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute while also thinking strategically about how all the pieces connect. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and hands-on—someone who thrives in a lean environment and embraces the challenge of creating outsized impact. This is not a “corporate” role; it’s for someone who sees constraints as a catalyst for creativity and innovation.
