We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to be the operational heartbeat of our high-growth marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for architecting and optimizing the funnels that capture our audience’s interest and the reporting that proves our success. This is a role for a professional who is proactive, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of the processes within a high-performing marketing machine. Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Architecture: Build and maintain the technical side of our lead generation funnels, including HubSpot landing pages, automated email sequences, and lead-capture forms.
• Technical Asset Production: Take raw content and transform it into polished, high-converting assets—designing and copywriting for webinar slide decks, email templates, and lead magnets.
• CRM & Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of our HubSpot database. You will ensure lead data is clean, properly segmented, and organized for highly targeted campaigns.
• Reporting & Intelligence: Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports on funnel performance, lead quality, and ROI. You will monitor the competitive landscape to help us spot new opportunities.
• Operational Support: Provide vital administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring workflows run smoothly day-to-day.

What We’re Looking For

• The Experience: ~5 years of experience in lead generation, marketing funnels, and email marketing. You know how to move a lead from "just looking" to "ready to talk."
• The HubSpot Factor: You’re highly proficient in HubSpot; you deeply understand CRM logic, complex workflows, and data hygiene.
• Analytical & Creative: You love working with numbers and systems, but you also have the design eye to create professional slides, lead magnets, and landing pages.
• AI-Fluent: You are already leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and are excited to implement these tools to scale our output.
• Clear Communicator: You’re fluent in English and can explain complex topics or data trends clearly and simply.
• The Right Traits: You are an organized, detail-oriented professional. You are a proactive "self-starter" who brings expertise to the table while remaining collaborative and adaptive.
• Bonus: Experience in the finance, business, or global living/expat sectors, Hubspot certifications.
