Mid-Market / Enterprise BDR at Handoff
We're hiring a Mid-Market / Enterprise BDR to generate high-quality pipeline by booking qualified demos with mid-market and enterprise prospects in the supply house, lumber yard, and SMB/industrial verticals. In this role you'll execute high-volume multi-channel outreach — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn — to open doors with hard-to-reach operators, qualify prospects, and consistently deliver booked meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity, performance-driven environment, loves the grind of outbound, and is hungry to grow into a top-tier closer over time.
What you'll do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily — cold calls, outbound emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book qualified demos for the sales team, maintaining consistent volume aligned with monthly quota
- Build and run structured multi-channel outreach sequences with disciplined follow-up and persistence
- Penetrate target accounts by identifying and reaching multiple stakeholders within each organization
- Re-engage cold and unresponsive prospects using structured sequences to revive pipeline
- Qualify prospects against ICP criteria to ensure meetings are relevant and high-value for the sales team
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records of all outreach, conversations, and booked meetings
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach techniques based on performance data
- Contribute to outbound playbooks and messaging frameworks as the team scales
About you
- 2-4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in SMB, mid-market, or enterprise environments
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding meeting quotas
- Experience with high-volume cold outbound — calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and confident
