Most Important

3+ years of professional experience with Python, with proven history taking ML models from notebooks to production.
2+ years of experience building backend services or APIs using TypeScript/JavaScript or similar languages.
Hands-on MLOps experience, including deploying models, creating pipelines, and monitoring model performance.
Experience with data engineering workflows such as real-time streaming, ETL/ELT, and data quality validation.
Practical experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Strong SQL proficiency, including writing optimized queries for large datasets.
Experience building or supporting CI/CD workflows for ML or backend systems.
Ability to collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML features into production systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with any modern ML deployment platform (e.g., serverless ML runtimes, managed ML platforms, or hosted inference environments).
Familiarity with streaming data platforms such as Kafka or similar tools.
Exposure to Elixir or functional programming concepts.
Knowledge of logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain-related domains.
Experience working with edge computing technologies or distributed API environments.
Contributions to open-source ML, data engineering, or developer tooling projects.
Experience with feature stores or feature management systems.

Will I be working full-time or part-time hours?

At X-Team we only hire people who can fully dedicate themselves to a project. That means a standard 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
