About the Innovation Team

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Backend Engineer role in MLOps team.
- Build infrastructure for AI models.
- Manage end-to-end MLOps lifecycle.
- Design event-driven systems handling massive video data.
- Move compute-intensive generative models from research to production.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and video-processing teams.
- Ensure AI services are scalable, reliable, performant.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- 6+ years of production-grade Python development experience.
- Strong background in distributed systems (Kafka, microservices).
- Expertise in Data Engineering at scale: building data pipelines, architecting Data Lakes (S3), compute layers like Athena.
- Deep understanding of MLOps lifecycle: model training to deployment, versioning, performance monitoring.
- Experience with containerized environments, microservices, Kubernetes.
- Experience with workflow management frameworks (Temporal, Airflow), asynchronous programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and model-serving frameworks (Triton, VLLM/SGLang, Ray Serve).
- Passion for exploring new tech and implementing modern frameworks.
