About the Role The role is SigNoz's first dedicated post-sales technical partner for highest-value US customers. Responsibilities include owning adoption, expansion, and retention for named accounts by ensuring customer success with observability. The role involves building the function from scratch including playbooks, health scoring, QBR cadence, and expansion motions. Key Responsibilities:
- Own a named portfolio and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and adoption
- Run technical onboarding to achieve production-grade instrumentation quickly
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focusing on observability maturity
- Identify expansion opportunities across teams and product pillars
- Monitor usage data to detect churn risk early and intervene proactively
- Build the Customer Success (CS) playbook for future hires
- Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a technical post-sales role (TAM, SE, Technical CSM) at infrastructure, DevTools, or observability companies
- Hands-on experience with observability concepts: traces vs. metrics vs. logs; ability to debug OpenTelemetry collector configurations
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana or similar tools
- Builder mentality with experience or strong desire to build a CS function from scratch
Location: US-based remote position requiring timezone alignment with US customers; some travel required.
