Who we're looking for

We are seeking an Operations – Client Success Associate with a strong background in New York City's residential rental real estate market. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of industry dynamics and current market trends, as well as firsthand insight into the needs and challenges of agents, brokers, landlords, and leasing management professionals. Prior experience as a real estate agent, broker, or leasing representative at a property management company is highly valued and considered a strong asset for this role. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable contributing across multiple functions as we continue to grow our web-based business. The candidate should be highly adaptable, solution-focused, and possess a strong interest in technology, as our company operates at the intersection of real estate and data-driven innovation.
