The mission is to enable secure digital productivity by ensuring authentic identities and trusted devices. The Partner Alliance Analyst supports Sales GTM motions through data analysis, reporting, and operational execution across AWS alliance programs including Marketplace and co-sell motions. This role manages AWS tools/offers and provides insights to inform prioritization and investment decisions. The candidate will work cross-functionally with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years in analyst/operations/specialist roles related to GTM Ops/RevOps/Sales Ops/Alliances
- Strong analytical skills; dashboard/report building experience
- Salesforce & CRM reporting knowledge
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Independent project management skills
- Detail-oriented with problem identification skills
- Experience in partner/marketplace/alliance support
- Familiarity with AWS partner programs/co-sell/marketplace
- Reporting/BI tool exposure (Looker or similar)
- Interest in process improvement & automation
What you can expect:
AWS Offers & Opportunity Management
- Create/execute AWS offers including renewals/amendments supporting Alliance team opportunities
- Manage lifecycle of AWS Public offers
- Manage incoming AWS opportunities from creation through closure collaborating with sellers
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build/maintain dashboards tracking alliance & marketplace performance: marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, SCA utilization, partner engagement & ARR contribution quarterly
- Develop/automate AWS-focused dashboards/monthly leadership reports
- Partner with RevOps for accurate Salesforce/reporting tool data representation (Looker)
- Produce partnership health/performance reports supporting co-sell strategy & engagement trends
- Manage SCA reporting/commercial request analysis/monthly usage reporting
- Support SFDC & ACE pipeline reporting including marketplace vs co-sell views for ELT monthly reports
Partner & Field Engagement Tracking
- Track/report partner & field engagement metrics aligned to GTM priorities working with Alliances & Marketing
- Coordinate partner events aligning sales plays/pipeline goals
- Measure post-event impact feeding insights into future GTM planning
- Support execution of partner events & campaigns pre/post-event
GTM Operations & Automation
- Design/document/support repeatable alliance processes across marketplace/co-sell/GTM workflows
- Streamline/automate marketplace transaction processes collaborating with Deal Desk/internal tooling partners
(e.g., Public Offers/Express Private Offers)
- Partner with Customer Success/Support teams on automation of AWS workflows/Zendesk ticket responses
Go-To-Market & Sales Plays
- Support development/execution of data-driven joint sales plays using AWS account lists
- Assist account mapping/segmentation/sizing for enterprise deal planning
- Support pipeline creation leveraging AWS DG reps/account lists
- Collaborate on VSB initiatives planning/execution including segmentation/customer targeting
- Partner with Alliance Managers/Sales AEs enabling co-sell motions via data insights/seller enablement/playbook support
