- You have thrived in partnership roles with pipeline generation & revenue growth as the day-to-day focus
- You have experience with healthcare ecosystems and softwares, particularly around use cases that streamline patient experience for healthcare providers
- You are comfortable working with technical partners who will be building solutions around our products, recommending and implementation our software
- You are growth-minded and are quick to roll-up-your-sleeves and learn new things, particularly around Intellistack products – AI and no-code workflows that incorporate capabilities including data classification, data fabric, data collection, document automation, digital signature and extracting data from files.
- You are a team player who understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration in driving the impact of partnerships
- You love to solve problems and are always excited about tackling the next challenge
- You are curious about technology, and have found ways to scale your impact through the use of AI
- You have experience with managing consulting / system integrator partnerships & growth strategies
What You’ll Do: You will help recruit and manage SI partners specialized in healthcare, measured by partner-sourced pipeline and revenue from these partners. Your execution will be in areas including:
- Engaging with healthcare specialized firms around our joint value proposition of being able to deliver solutions to customers to create better patient experiences; save companies time and money; and consolidate software spend.
- Lead sales and delivery enablement and account mapping with those partners; to prepare them to sell and deliver Intellistack healthcare solutions
- Drive regular meeting interactions with partners to develop new opportunities and referrals, both from our customers and partner prospects and customers
- Work with Intellistack AEs and partners to run co-sell plays to develop pipeline / opportunities
- Use CrossBeam where possible to drive account mapping
- Leverage AI tools such as Gamma or Claude to scale impact
How You’ll Succeed:
- Ability to think systematically & execute processes at scale
- Great communications with partners and cross functionally across Intellistack; impeccable follow-up
- Deliver against key performance metrics measured by partner engagement, pipeline and revenue
- Approach each partnership in a tailored fashion while leveraging our proven processes & content to help scale efficiently
- Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up, social media) to grow partnerships & maintain partner growth momentum
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of healthcare SaaS experience - healthcare softwares - and ecosystems such as Epic, Redox
- Effective communicator with an attention to detail
- Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a partner sales engine
- Data-driven mentality with experience performing against quantitative metrics
- Great coachability
- Experience driving growth within a partner community / ecosystem
- Technical proficiency with Intellistack products
- Social media savvy
Salary Range: $100k base salary + 40% variable bonus, based on pipeline & revenue targets
