Partner Solutions Architect - Job Description Location: San Mateo, CA (Full Time - Remote) About the Company:

Role Overview:
- Highly technical and customer-facing role within the Alliances team.
- Drive revenue through enterprise deals and partner ecosystems.
- Enable partners (especially SIs) and bring Netomi’s platform to life in customer environments.
- Hands-on builder and front-line technical seller.
- Lead POCs, write/review code, translate architectures into business value.
- Collaborate with Channel and Partner Enablement Managers.
Responsibilities: Partner-Facing Technical Enablement
- Primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners.
- Develop/deliver partner training, workshops, certifications.
- Advise partner technical teams on architecture, integrations, deployment.
POCs, Demos & Deal Support
- Lead/support technical sales cycles: solution design, demos, hands-on POCs.
- Prototype/build/adapt solutions in real time for complex enterprise needs.
- Troubleshoot technical blockers to accelerate deals.
- Ensure smooth hand-off to Customer Success and Delivery teams.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design scalable enterprise-grade architectures using APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Align solutions with best practices for performance, security, scalability.
Partner Asset Development & Scale
- Build/maintain repeatable technical assets: demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks.
- Enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations.
- Standardize best practices for partner-led technical delivery.
Technical Thought Leadership
- Represent Netomi as a technical expert in engagements.
- Contribute to technical content and best practices elevating Netomi’s position in AI conversations.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams from partner/customer insights.
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in Solutions Engineering/Architecture or technical pre-sales roles.
- Strong hands-on coding experience with APIs and integrations; building real-world solutions/POCs.
- Ability to prototype/debug/adapt solutions under pressure in live deals.
- Skilled at creating repeatable technical assets; smooth hand-off to Customer Success/delivery teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles; engaging with technical teams and executives.
- Proven ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Experience working with partners/SIs in co-sell motions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred), cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), scalable system design/integrations.
