Job Summary:

• Opportunity to join a growing Finance team.
• Role involves processing US and international payrolls.
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payrolls for US, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, and UK.
• Maintain employment and banking details in systems.
• Coordinate with payroll provider on tax notices.
• Register withholding and unemployment insurance accounts in new US jurisdictions.
• Communicate payroll matters with employees and contractors.
• Record journal entries for payroll-related cash transactions.
• Prepare payroll-related accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for 5 legal entities monthly.
• Resolve payroll tickets related to payroll matters.
• Support Accounting Manager and Finance Team with projects and analyses.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of related payroll processing experience.
• Payroll experience in the United States.
• Knowledge of payroll functions including preparation and internal controls.
• Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAAS-based solutions like Paylocity, HiBob, Intacct.
• Payroll experience in Ireland, Germany, India, Canada, UK.
