You must be willing and able to work out of this time zone to qualify. Applications will be accepted from Australian and New Zealand Citizens, as well as Australian Permanent Residents. Your Future Team Our Payroll Team is composed of people with backgrounds in Payroll, Human Resources and Accounting. We process payroll to fulfil an essential company need. We're hiring a Payroll Analyst, reporting to the ANZ Payroll Operations Manager, who will assist with the accurate management of Australian payroll processing. You will be knowledgeable about accounting process and systems. You will be part of a fun, global team who engage with one another and has many opportunities to grow in our roles.
- Assist with processing ANZ payroll for 5000+ employees
- Produce reports and manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed, including vendor uploads and integrations
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Assist the payroll team and our internal partners with special projects
- Maintain payroll procedures and SOX controls
Minimum Qualifications
- This program is open to students who will complete their degree studies by January 2028 or who have completed their Bachelor's or Master’s degree studies in the previous year.

- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
- Candidate should have good customer service and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities
- Have a can-do attitude and be confident calling out risks when necessary
