The Role As People Operations Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of Bright!Tax’s People Operations function, helping ensure a positive, consistent, and well-supported experience for team members across the full team member lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the People Operations Manager and collaborate with leaders across the business to support People Ops systems, processes, and communications. This role is ideal for someone early in their People Ops or HR career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to grow within a modern, remote-first organization. What You’ll Do

• Support hiring and onboarding operations, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, offer documentation, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain and update People Ops systems (including BambooHR), ensuring accurate team member data, document management, and workflow support.
