🌟 About the role
- We’re building a creator-led growth channel across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms. The opportunity is real — what’s missing is a single owner who treats this like a business, not a side project.
- This role owns the entire affiliate funnel end-to-end, with one clear goal:
- - Generate $10k/month in net new MRR within 90 days while meeting CAC and payback thresholds.
🚀 You will own...
- Full performance ownership of the creator affiliate channel:
- - Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding creators
- Activating them quickly with clear expectations
- Iterating based on what actually converts
- Scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t
- Creator outbound across relevant platforms:
- - TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- High-volume early, increasingly selective over time
- Revenue accountability:
- - You are responsible for MRR output and efficiency
- Success is measured in dollars, not activity
- Light creative enablement:
- - Sharing Looms, examples, hooks, and positioning
- Giving direct feedback to creators on what’s working
- Collaborating with the team on creative insights (but not owning company-wide creative strategy)
- You will not own
- - Attribution or tracking infrastructure
- Core brand or creative strategy
- Product or pricing decisions
- (You’ll influence all of these through performance signal.)

💸 Compensation
